Goods intended for sale: min. 3 copies of the export invoice
Dangerous goods: Dangerous Goods Declaration
Weapons: shipment import licence according to the requirements of the final destination country
Live animals: Vaccination Certificate, Veterinary Certificate not older than 3 days
Human remains: Death Certificate, Hygiene Certificate, in the case of a foreign citizen a permit for transport (issued by the country’s embassy)
Food, medicines: PHYTO certificate of harmlessness to health or Veterinary Certificate

Export Equation shipments on CSA flights are accepted 45 minutes before departure and in case of CGO shipments , 90 minutes before departure. RFS export shipments 120 minutes and priority shipments (FLASH, Equation) 90 minutes before departure.

Procedure for the clearance of export shipments
Shipments are accepted for carriage no later than 120 minutes before the scheduled departure of the given flight. A period of 90 minutes continues to apply to Equation-type documents, and as of 1 December 2006, these shipments must be booked 180 minutes before the planned departure of the flight.
