Loyalty program Sky Plus rules
1. Who can become a member of Sky Plus?
Every individual older than 18 who is a customer of Skyport can become a member of Sky Plus.
2. How can I sign up for Sky Plus?
You can sign up for Sky Plus by sending a registration email to skyplus@skyport.cz, where you state the level of program that you have chosen, and your contact details (name and permanent address).
3. How Sky Plus works?
A Skyport representative contacts you after you send your registration email and assigns you an ID number and sends you payment details for the service fee according to the program that you picked. You can utilize Sky Plus services immediately after the fee payment. When you contact us for purchase of services, please refer to your ID number.
4. How long can I take advantage of Sky Plus?
Membership in Sky Plus is for one calendar year that begins with your registration in the program. You can take advantage of all benefits during this time. No benefits can be used after the program’s expiration. Skyport reserves the right to change loyalty program rules. You will be informed about any change on the email address that you gave us during the registration.
5. What happens with my personal data?
By sending of your registration email, you express consent to Skyport to process your personal data including name, surname, and address and email address in order to assure the program functioning and then to internal marketing purposes in accordance to the principles set in law No. 101/2000 Sb. about personal data protection.
6. Where can I complain about services?
Complaints related to the performance of services under Sky Plus can be sent to skyplus@skyport.cz. Representative of Skyport will contact you as soon as possible and handle your complaint.
7. Is membership in Sky Plus transferable?
Membership in Sky Plus is not transferable. Only members can take advantage of Sky Plus benefits under their own name and ID number.
8. How do I learn more about my Sky Plus account status?
If you want to learn more about the current status of your account in Sky Plus and service utilization, please contact us at skyplus@skyport.cz. A Skyport representative will be glad to discuss your account status with you.
